Comment Reply Notification from email address

Hi, I have installed the Comment Reply Notification plugin so when I reply to comments, they will get an email back saying I did.
The problem is that when I reply the from email is [email protected]. I would like it to say my blog name Eat the Gains. I have seen this work on other people’s blogs the I comment and get an email from them. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
