Comment replies are in the wrong spot

  • Hi I used your plugin to merge all my comments into one thread… seems all the comments showed up, but my replies to answer questions are not under the correct person. Here’s the page: https://www.prettypurpledoor.com/copper-penny-floor-template/

    Seems like the posts that were already on that page are fine, but ones I’ve brought in are incorrect. If you search for “Otto” you can see I’m replying to “Joe” underneath him. Comment reply to “Kym” is under “Habib” and “Habib” comment is under Kym.

    Any ideas…?

    Hi,

    I hope you have used ” With replies” option in “Select Comment Type” select box from admin to transfer comments with replies. We are not able to regenerate same in our local environment,Can you please provide staging server access to [email protected] , so we can check in detail.
