“Comment-Plugger” Alternative?

  • Are there any other plugins which perform the same function as “Comment-Plugger” (ie display recent commenter names under the post), but, well, isnt Commenter-Plugger? I’m running into problems with that plugin not displaying accurately all the time, for example if there are 6 comments, saying that #5 is the most recent. Its been an occasional but persistent problem. Any others out there that anyone knows of? I’ve tried contacting the developer, and posting on this forum to fix it, with no luck, so I thought it might be time to look for an alternative :/

  • I think this is the only one… I’ve been using it fine. I don’t quite get what you mean, though.

    So I’m just going to take a guess. Maybe change the value of the code you input in index.php?

    <?php mdv_comment_plugger('Plugs: ', 15); ?>

    So 15 is a bigger number and shows more people?
