Comment Permalinks Broken

When I upgraded my theme to use the new comment features, it started adding broken permalinks to all of the comments. See here for example:

https://blogyul.miqrogroove.com/2008/07/balenciaga-fallwinter-ready-to-wear-200809-paris/

All of the permalinks look like /slug/comment-page-/#comment-206

Is this a known bug in v2.7?
