comment pagination trick

  • Is it possible to make wordpress insert only the last comment on the page onto the next page instead of all of them; afterwards showing me just the last comment submitted?
    I want something exactly like here on the forum. When you add a new topic the bottom one goes to the next page not all of them. Thank you for any advice, hint or anything!
