Comments under Some Posts not Visible but Visible in Post Edit

Hello,
could you tell which theme you are using?
maybe your theme have some option about post comments.

You can check if broswer loads the comments, open your broswer console(F12)
and search for “comment-meta”.

Thank you very much for replying to my question,

I am using Genesis Sample Child theme.

I really want to get this problem solved, because 1000s of good quality comments are presently locked inside the posts and are not getting published, despite of all the efforts! And this is negatively affecting the dwell time of my site.

I’ll be really grateful if you could solve this for me.
