Comment Notifications – Not receiving

For some reason, I am not receiving comment notifications anymore. The only ones I am receiving are from people who have never commented on my blog before. Once I approve them, I used to get a comment notification email and could therefore reply directly to that person who commented and would just know that I received a comment. I’ve checked settings and everything seems to be where it should. Do you have any idea how I can fix this?
