• Hi There, The comment automation doesn’t seem to work. Using the Trigger: Noptin will send this email When someone leaves a comment

    No email is sent. I tried a few things, like adding the post ID, etc. But regardless of the conditions or lack of them, the email doesn’t send when a comment is made. I received a notification once as the admin, but no user accounts received notifications.

    Hi @bighrts,

    What value have you set as the email recipient? The emails only sends after the comment has been approved. It doesn’t send for comment replies. There’s a separate trigger for comment replies.

    Also let me know if the email has been set to delay and if you’re dealing with normal blog posts or another custom post type.

    I also set it to trigger only for one particular post ID.

    This is for comments on a page (rather than a blog post.) It’s also not set for comment replies. Does it only work on blog posts and not pages?

    It worked and was sent to the admin email once, but hasn’t worked since.
