Comment Notification

I have read wordpress.com and www.remarpro.com and could not get a comprehensive or straight answer on who gets what email notifications – so I ran some tests on my website and afterwards blogged about it. Can anyone tell me if they have experience of anything different than what I wrote, so I have it correct. It is complicated.
