Comment moderation tool not working

Install and enable the plugin.
I am the administrator comments applications (I checked in the Settings application on facebook), but there is no option to moderate comments.
I got the ID of my FB profile and set it into option for moderation.
But moderate comments still can not.

is it possible to somehow solve the problem?
