Comment link missing after ticket conversion

Could you please add the comment link to the ticket body when a WordPress comment is converted to a Freshdesk ticket? It’s extremely troublesome to manually search for the specific comment when dealing with a WordPress comment ticket.
Either this comment link
wp-admin/edit-comments.php?p=<post-ID>
(all comments for that post)
or this comment link
wp-admin/comment.php?action=editcomment&c=<comment-ID>
(specific comment, Edit option)
would work (or both)
