• Could you please add the comment link to the ticket body when a WordPress comment is converted to a Freshdesk ticket? It’s extremely troublesome to manually search for the specific comment when dealing with a WordPress comment ticket.

    Either this comment link
    wp-admin/edit-comments.php?p=<post-ID>(all comments for that post)
    or this comment link
    wp-admin/comment.php?action=editcomment&c=<comment-ID> (specific comment, Edit option)
    would work (or both)

This works fine, although I’d appreciate more context.
Would it be possible to add a private note from WordPress when you click the link? My current flow is:
    1. Read comments in our WordPress backend
    2. Convert comment to ticket
    3. Open our helpdesk portal in another tab
    4. Edit the non-descriptive subject line to something more meaningful
    5. Asssign the ticket to the appropriate agent
    6. Add a private note with instructions.

Ideally 3 to 6 should be handled by the plugin, but if not possible at least 3 and 4 can be improved?

Hello Jean, we are currenly working on this feature and will be rolled out soon..will keep you posted once its been implemented…
