Comment link and previous/next links disappear in archive/permalink pages.

If you take a look at this page:
You can comment and browse through previous entries.
If you pick a page on the archive, or at a permalink, the comment link and the previous/next link are gone.
EX:

If it helps any, I used this thread (https://www.lissaexplains.com/forum/showthread.php?t=44621) to help me code my layout. I know it’s not “professional”, but I’m happy with the way it looks and I’m not patient or advanced enough to do otherwise. I would just like to know what’s wrong and how I can fix it please ??
