    I want to know if there’s a “Comment Like System” in Jetpack like wordpress.com

    Not yet, but that’s on our roadmap! We plan on adding that feature to Jetpack in an upcoming release.

    there’s someway to make gravatars appear in “Recent Comments Widget”

    The default Recent Comments widget doesn’t use Gravatars, but you could install a plugin to replace that widget with a better one. Here is an example:
