Comment layout messed up

    Ever since the last update, the comment box has been messed up. If it matters (it probably does), I use Jetpack to manage those.

    As you can see, there is an “Add your thoughts here” box that should not be there, and the buttons are standard and not formatted as they should be for the theme.

    I think that this is a bug of either Neve or Jetpack. Can this incompatibility be fixed?

    Thank you for contacting us. I can’t see this issue when testing Neve with the latest version, I even tried with Jetpack plugin but still can’t replicate the problem.

    Can you try clearing any cache that you have? I hope it helps!

    I was able to replicate this but it’s not related to Neve theme. I switched to default WordPress theme TwentyTwenty and it still occurs – https://vertis.d.pr/i/l6FGU so this is related to Jetpack, please report it to their support forum.

    Hello @vytis , may I ask for a list of enabled plugins on the build where you were able to reproduce the bug? Jetpack support says they can’t reproduce it so they suspect a plugin conflict, and it would be helpful to have your list to intersect it with mine and, likely, find the culprit.

    Did anyone find a solution for this? I am having this issue and it’s causing other troubles too for me. Sorry to post here and inject my own troubles, but searching Google led me nowhere until I FINALLY found this post.

    It is indeed a Jetpack issue. If you hover over the “cancel” link, you can see it is jetpack in the URL.

    No, still there. I opened a topic in the Jetpack support section and they said they couldn’t reproduce it :)))

    Ok. I just did the same. Will see what happens. It has to be an issue if multiple people are experiencing it and not just one.
