Comment Highlighter

I would like to make my comments (admin comments) be highlighted to a different color than all other comments so they stand out.

I’ve found a lot of hacks and plugins for this but none of them work for me, and most of them haven’t been updated for nearly 10 years.

If would be better if I could just change the font color, or my comments, to blue or something like that. Everyone else would still have black comments.

Can someone let me know how to accomplish this?
