Comment form translation

I use premium theme and it contains special php file comments.php. Inside of it i found $comment_form = array with inputs, witch are translated such this value=”‘ . __(‘Email *’, ‘theme_localization’) . ‘”. How can i translate this strings? Adding string register, or using _e() or pll__?
