Comment form not working on particular page

  • Hi, Really WP Advanced Comment form is a great plugin.

    I have created 2 forms. I could enable one form on the posts. Another one for particular page. But it is not worked on the page. I am using Genesis and it child theme. How can i enable the form?

    I have tried the options “Choose Pages / Posts” too.

    Can you help me?
