It seems you’re using some minify/optimizer plugins. Please deactivate those plugins and check again.

is it possible to execute any JS file or something to fix this issue without deactivating the minify plugin?

Just try to reset the minified files, it should work fine. If it doesn’t help you can exclude the whole wpDiscuz folder from the plugin settings.
