Comment Form Field Not Mobile Responsive (Hueman free theme)

Hi, I’m having trouble with the comment form fields (email/name) on my website (I linked to a random post on the blog). The email field goes beyond the width of the content, so you can scroll to the right on a mobile device. This messes with UX and my email popup form primarily (which I have disabled for now).

I’m using the Hueman free theme and have spent that last couple of days researching and trying the following:

-Using different mobile devices
-Clearing cache
-Deactivating all plugins
-Looking for a size/width code for the comment form fields in cpanel file folder but can’t find anything.

If you need more information let me know. I’m not very skilled in coding, so I haven’t permanently changed anything.
