If you fill in the fields and submit, it will store the values in a cookie on your browser, so that you don’t have to fill in that information again yourself, but it will store it only for you.
At the moment, the fields are blank for me. If I filled them in with my information and submitted, they’d be auto-filled with my information, but only for me. You’d still see your own auto-filled information.

Okay, this makes sense. 2 more quick questions, please! ??
1. Even when I clear my history (forms history, cookies, everything), the name and email info still sit in the form. Even with this happening, do you think it nonetheless still means it isn’t showing to other visitors?
2. Does it work the same for when I enable the ‘Comments must be manually approved’ option? When I enable this, the note ‘Your comment is awaiting moderation’ AND the comment itself are visible. Rather than waiting until the comment is approved. SO this only shows to the person who left the comment, then, not to a different site visitor?
I can’t thank you enough for your help. (I have been trying to figure this out, and if what you say is the case, no wonder I haven’t been able to solve or change it – there isn’t anything wrong in the first place.)
Thanks a lot,
Terra
Also, if you log into the site, the form will likely pull the info from your account on the site automatically.
2. Yes, even though the comment is awaiting approval, you still get to see it because you left it. No one else will see it until it’s approved.
