Comment Error Message “You lose! Good day sir!”

Is anyone else receiving the error message “You lose! Good day sir!” when people try to comment? I noticed this after a few people tried to comment and said they couldn’t. I use Jetpack to track stats. I disabled Jetpack comments and that seemed to fix the issue until I went to reply on a comment last night and received the same error message.
I have no idea how to fix. I tried calling Bluehost to see if the issue was on their end (it’s not). Any ideas? I sure will appreciate!
