comment display issue

Hello,
That should only be showing that vendor’s orders when you click show orders.. so therefore should only be showing the comments for the specific orders that vendor has for those products.
Please try resetting the vendor and pending vendor roles: wp admin > woocommerce > system status > tools RESET WC VENDORS ROLES

I did the resetting through “wp-admin > WooCommerce > System Status > Tools > Reset WC Vendor Roles” but still it is same, not working.
When i tried to test it, i placed the order of four items as a customer, two items were from one vendor and remaining two were from different vendor.
Then i went to “Dashboard > Show Orders > Comments” of one of vendor and post the comment, after that i checked another vendor’s “Dashboard > Show Orders > Comments”, it is displaying other vendor’s comment.

As you said comment-display is for specific order which means comments will display to all vendors of the order, is it?

Ahh ok- you are talking about when the WooCommerce order note box is being used? I apologize, if that is the case.
If that box is used, then the note will show for the entire cart- and yes that would show for all vendors then. This is because WooCommerce builds in that form for the customer to leave a cart message- and this does not distinguish between vendors or products.

In WC Vendors Pro, vendors can leave a message to a customer. I also made a code snip for Pro that allows a message box on the product page. These are only for WC Vendor PRO, however.
