    Hello, I have a lot of problems with your plugin on my site.

    However, on other sites it works well.

    But I want to uninstall it on one of my sites.

    However, I can’t find the plugin in the plugin directory, or even in wp-content / plugin

    it is not found, but it is active on the site

    please how to delete it ?

    Some web hosting providers install our plugin into their MU directory and you would need to contact them directly to address any issues with the plugin b/c of that. This article might be helpful to you.

    Thank you for answering me,

    I use godady as my host, but I can’t find where to send an email to their technical support.

    Compared to the article you sent me it doesn’t help me.

    I can’t find the plugin folder in my WordPress directory.

    But it is installed and active on my site and it causes me a lot of problems.

    Please help me to delete this plugin on this site.

    Oh, we don’t have any control over what your webhosting provider does. You should find a way to contact them directly.
