Comment counts blank after database import

I recently populated my blog with a Livejournal export via ljArchive. Everything transferred without a hitch–comments, attributions, etc–save for the fact that when viewing the main page, each post indicates that it has no comments; they can only be viewed when the link is clicked.

Comments posted directly to the blog display correctly, and auto_increment is set correctly in the wp_comments table. Is there some way to edit the imported comments so that the counts register properly?
