Comment counter problem

    Good morning, sir,

    Following the new version of the extension (Thanks for your excellent work), a small bug appeared on our 2nd site.

    Under the comment entry form a counter appears on the page (example : LIEN WEBSITE ) there are 2 comments but it is displayed 16 comments. I emptied the cache of the site … and nothing works.

    Have you had this problem also on other sites ?

    Hi @anthony750,

    Please execute this SQL in Hosting Service cPanel > phpMyAdmin database manager, navigate to SQL Tab. If your WordPress table prefix is not wp_ replace all wp_ prefixes in this code to your database table prefixes, if they are wp_ just use it as is:

    UPDATE wp_posts p SET p.comment_count = (SELECT COUNT(*) FROM wp_comments c WHERE c.comment_post_ID = p.ID AND c.comment_approved = 1)

    It’s not necessary to provide cpanel access. Just let us know what email address you’ve contacted to and what is your email subject.

    Yes we sent a mail on May 25th at 15H05 with the subject “WPDISCUZ Help Request” but we don’t talk about this problem in the mail, we saw it afterwards.

    The problem persists and no response from you on the forum or by email.

    We have 2 customer review platforms and therefore the comment extension is very important to us.

    Would it be possible to have a return by mail but also a help concerning the problem of meter on the site airAvis Maghreb.
