Comment count not showing

  • I have a licensed copy of DCL and already sent an email, but since I have not heard back, I wanted to try the forums. Once I activated DCL, parts of my page with comment counts are not updating. I have to do a manual sync in the official Disqus plugin to get the numbers. Additionally, I am using the conditional load click option, and the button shows the comment count, but this number is way off for all the posts. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Is this plugin dead? It looks like the author rarely replies to comments. And most issues go unsolved

    Two weeks have passed without any response from the author via email or forum. I have since fixed the issue myself, but if you are not going to support your plugin, then please stop charging for it. Your site claims that users who purchase the license can get a faster response. It’s been two weeks, and still no response. I do not want to know what a normal response looks like.
