Comment cache for admin

Hello, a solution has been provided to the priority issue, but the situation has not changed for the manager. No problem with normal user comments.

It appears on the content page when I confirm the comment on the panel. But when I reply as a comment manager, the comment will not appear without clearing the page cache.
