    Hi,

    I’ve tested it and don’t experience your described “jump” behaviour …
    But here’s another issue: In some cases the wrapper is not visible in its entirety. To solve this, you could change your “overflow-x”:

    body {
    overflow-x: visible;
    }

    Best regards,

    Kevin

    I’ve test many themes. The bubble seems to be at wrong position after some click.

    Hi,
    I know what you mean. But I cannot reproduce your error, that’s why I cannot solve it. Have you already tried it with another internet browser?
    Best regards,

    I’ve found the way to reproduce the error.
    You need to login and do exactly as I did!
    Here is a username on my site

    I’ve test on Chrome and Firefox
    When you logging in, it will jump ??

    Try this slide site selector on the plugin’s options panel: .site

    I’m not sure if this solves your issue. Please tell me.
    If it doesn’t solve your issue: The error only occurs when the admin bar is visible. So you could either disable the admin bar or connive in this issue since the “jump” is not visible to the public.

    It worked! I tried the slide site selector “.site”! Thank you so much ??

    Great! ??
    Would be amazing if you could give this plugin at least a five-star rating here.

    I’m seeing this behavior as well, and would appreciate guidance on a selector, as many of our commentators will be students, who are logged in (and thus see the admin bar at top). Btw, when I view pages without being logged in (thus no admin bar), there still is a slight downward jump of comment bubbles, but generally not serious enough to move beyond each para.

    Regards,

    Jim P.

    Oops, didn’t enter .site in correct field; it solves the issue for logged-in users on my site too (though still a slight jump downward for non-logged-in users)…Jim P.
