Comment Box Shows for Logged In Users

Hi

Comments are disabled in the WP Discussion settings, and also on all pages.

When I set a page to be accessible for “Logged In Users”, the Add Comment box appears on that page. For now, I’m setting Comments to Administrator in the plugin settings, but it’s not a great workaround in case I miss one.
