Comment box not showing on my blog

    Please help! I have enabled comments for my blog but it is not showing on my posts…I have disabled plugins to see if they are interfering with my website, but they are not. I dont know if I am missing some php in my theme or not. I designed my theme in Dynamik Website Builder and have the genesis framework…Can anyone help?

    Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Fourteen theme?

    yeah I activated the Twenty Fourteen Theme and the comment box is still not showing up

    I take that back…the comments are working in the twenty fourteen theme…but not mine…am I missing something?

    You have configured WP to only allow people to post comments if they have registered on your site. Other than that, I cannot see any problems with commenting on the site.

    thank you for all the help…its not showing up with my DWB theme and not sure if their is something that needs to be added to my php functions file…Can you see anything wrong with my theme thats up?

    I’m sorry but we only support themes downloaded from www.remarpro.com here.

    Make your comment box show up:

    Go to:

    1. Add New Post
    2. Upper Right Corner- click “Screen Options”
    3. Make sure “Discussion” is marked.

    This worked for me after hours of reading solutions online.
