    Hi,

Recently, I’ve noticed that the comment box is not showing up at the end of each post as it has always been. Although the option is Enabled for each post, we can only see the “Leave your comment” (Deixe seu comentário) text as shown below. The issue can be found both on desktop and mobile.

Would it be something with the plugin, Elementor, or the Facebook API? As far as I know, nothing has changed in terms of coding on my website or in my Facebook app.

    Thanks.

    Hi.

We have not changed (or updated) any code that could cause this issue. It’s possible that you’ve changed something on your site or the Facebook API has made some changes.

    Thank you.

Thanks. Tried a few things. Cache is 100% clean. Nothing has changed.

Checked the Facebook API and the app is LIVE.

However, the app shows the comment box when inside the WordPress Admin panel. See below.

Why could it not be showing in the Live website posts? Any permission related issue?

I don’t any any permission setting inside the plugin settings. See below my settings.

    Thanks again.

    Hi.

This is definitely a problem with your WordPress site, maybe you are using some plugins that restrict application permissions. Unfortunately, we can’t say for sure.

If you test the plugin on a new and fresh default WordPress site, you will see that everything works fine.

    Thank you.

It may be something with my WordPress theme, Colormag, then. I’m not sure. I need to check it out.

    Thanks.

Here’s an update. It may be an issue caused by the FB API. I don’t know exactly what.

It may need to wait some time to see if it gets fixed.

    Thanks for the help here.
