comment box missing on pages-Celestial Lite theme

I need to add a comment box to my pages. It shows up under my blog posts but not on my “pages.” I have seen some solutions posted for other templates but not celestial lite, or they just didn’t work for me. I guess I am assuming it would be as simple as checking a box! This is my first page i have ever done and it is for school . Thanks in advanced.
