Comment box and stats bar missing from Sela Blog

Hello,

There is no comment box for reads to leave comments on my new blog. I have read several support posts and it seems some options are missing from my settings. There is no where to enable or disable comments on blog postings, although in the discussion settings there are options about who can post a comment and exceptions around those comments. All appropriate boxes are ticked off, but nothing appears on the blog posting.

I am also missing the stats bar at the top of my dashboard where it shows how many people have visited my site and where they visited.

I am using the Sela theme.
