Comment area customization

    I would like to change my comment area title from Comments to say something else like Leave a Reply.
    My theme’s comments.php file does not have the usual <h3 "title"> tag in it. Does anyone know how to change it? I’m using the Revolution theme at my site https://loudmouthu.com
