Comment Approve Link Broken

I’m new to using this and not sure which component is causing the issue- Webmentions? Whatever is hooking into the comment moderation email notification looks like it is removing a new line character after the end of the Permalink URL and before the “Approve it” label so both links are now broken.

Also, the excerpts for my regular WordPress trackbacks and comments comes in empty in email notification
