Comment and pingback notifications going to two addresses

I’m trying to set up my site so that comment notification and pingback notifications go to my assistant’s email address – but I am still the owner of the site, and it is linked to my email address in my WordPress account. We changed the admin email address in Settings so those responses and notifications would go to my assistant, but now we’re both getting them. Where else should I look to set the email address where these notifications are received?
