comma presence prevents data storage

  • It appears that the presence of a comma in a field causes the data to be lost. For instance, the following message below only stores the first part – only Hi,

    Hi,
    I will need a positive displacement pump with the following specifications,
    150-250 PSI
    50-100 GPM
    If you can send the quotation by today that will be great.

    How can this be fixed?
