    Hi again,

I’m almost done importing all nextgen photo’s.
The photo’s from last year are much bigger than previous years.

Sometimes it happens a picture isn’t showing up in the album, but it’s in the folder which holds the original photo’s.

Via Album Admin, I try generating them by clicking:
    – Remake Files (after Source file)
    – Remake (after thumbnail file)

Remaking the thumbnail works sometimes en the same for remake files.

But many times I get a Comm error 500: Internal Server Error trying to.
F.e. I’ve a photo with a thumbnail but no photo when you click it:
The first picture from this album

I think the cause are the big photo’s and their resolutions.

    Greetings,
    Age

Please inspect the server error log ( not the wp error log ) for Fatal errors.

Most likely they are Max memory exceeded errors.

If the pixelsize is the problem, you can restrict upload sizes in Table VII-B10 ( trial and error will learn you the max size ).

You can also tick Table VII-D3 and 4, but the numbers shown may be not accurate.

Can’t find recent fatal errors. But I do see:

[Tue Apr 07 13:14:11 2015] [error] [client 46.38.209.228] File does not exist: /var/www/aquanauten/public_html/wp-content/uploads/wppa/thumbs/1844.jpg, referer: https://aquanauten.nl/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wppa_admin_menu&tab=edit&edit_id=63&wppa_nonce=b1d029a24f

1844.jpg is not in /uploads/wppa/ and not in /uploads/wppa/thumbs/
But the original file is in /wppa-source/album-63/140125002-flessentraining-aquanauten.jpg

The errormessages just say that the thumbnail isn’t there. They do not explain an error 500.

Try to remake the thumbnail on the album admin page.

First remaking didn’t work, but just now it did. Don’t know whyt, but it’s ok now.
