    Could you take a look on WooCommerce configuration and check if you have the price without decimals?

    Our plugin works using the same decimals you have configured on WooCommerce.

    I see 2 like in your screenshot, in all places is calculate right except in the colum commision.

    I checked and tested it an on commission tab, I can see the price with decimals without any problem

    I tested it with WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Affiliate. Maybe another plugin or custom code override it.

    Please, could you do a test only with WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Affiliate enabled? Also try it with a default theme like Twenty Sixteen. From our end seems is working fine and it’s according to default WooCommerce configuration for decimals.
