Coming soon with one page access

I would like to use Coming Soon page but also would like guests to have access to one page with reviews (eg mydomain.com – coming soon; mydomain.com/reviews – testimonials)
Is it possible to make? For now no matter what link I use it shows only Coming Soon page.
