Coming Soon Mode Suscriber form failed

Good afternoon, I am testing with a coming soon page and a form to access bypass and another to subscribe to the news that redirected its final action to another URL that I have excluded from the coming soon page. Entering the name, email and accepting the box and pressing the button does not redirect or send messages but it does subscribe to the mail. What can it be due to?

I have found in the console this which may have something to do with the error.

I have deactivated my theme, tried with other form plugins and the error persists.
