Coming soon mode not getiing activated

I am trying to activate coming soon page on
https://www.oasisskincare.co.za/ this website but when I have selected the option that coming soon mode is activated that time in admin section I can see Red color note “Coming Soon Mode Active” but when I am trying to open website in different browser who does not have admin login that time my custom coming soon text is not appearing but the complete website is getting displayed.
