Coming Soon & Landing Page not loading

Coming Soon mode is active, and the preview looks great.
I works on my machine that I’m working on, but when i try it from another machine i get a simple version of the landing page. just text, not what i see in the preview.
I have a fresh install of WordPress without any themes or other plugins installed yet.
