Yup, I had to pull to a test site to check since this was happening on a live site, and pulling plugins on a live site is death.

It is the other Plugin, so you can disregard.

@jdembowski Except the link in question is not my site. It was a link left in a plugin from the author during debug. The owner of the site the link links to is not actually involved.
