‘Coming From’ email address when using CF7

hello,

in the Post SMTP Wizard setup when it asks for the Email Address, “Where is the mail coming from?”, I’m not sure which of the below emails to place from Contact Form 7:

To [email protected]
From [your-name] <[email protected]>

Both are in the Contact Form 7’s ‘Mail’ tab.

Does Post SMTP need to use the routing address: [email protected], or is it wanting what people who receive my email will see: [email protected]
