Comicpress plugin not able to upload files after server change

I’ve recently been going through a change of server with GoDaddy. They’re phasing out the original server and migrating my WordPress site over to a ‘Managed WordPress’ server. Since this process began several problems have occurred, the most recent being this (as paraphrased by the GoDaddy support rep):

“comicpress plug in not being able to upload files. showing doesnt have permission. reset account permissions and still did not resolve configuration withing the plug and the upload path would need to be update within the plug in to locate a designed folder home for the new server”

I would love to get this resolved a.s.a.p. as this is my livelihood. I look forward to your help!
