• For several months now I’ve had a Comicpress-based blog that has worked beautifully. Today I decided to upgrade to version 2.9.2.20.
    Big mistake.
I viewed my page and the comics weren’t showing up. The posts were still there, but there were no comics. I checked the ‘Comicpress details’ in ‘Comicpress Manager’ and it stated only 14 comics where there were once well over 70.
I scrapped all my comics and posts, cleaned out the trash, and started over. I began by just uploading a week’s worth of comics. That worked. I checked the website and everything was fine…
…then I tried uploading a few more comics – scheduled posts for later. When I returned to the website after that, the weeks’ worth of comics were no longer showing. The posts were still there, but the comics image files were GONE.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on? I’m completely and utterly baffled.

  • ComicPress does not have the ability to ‘destroy’ images unless you delete the posts them self with the comicpress manager option turned on to do so.

    There’s a forum for assistance here: https://comicpress.org/

ComicPress Manager the plugin has that code to manage comics if the checkmark is checked in the manager config.

Both of which can be supported at the above url.
