CombininingThumbnail Upscale plugin with Manual Image crop

Hi! I love your plugin. It gives me so much more freedom! I also use the Thumbnail upscale plugin for images that are to small. Some clients dont know how to use photo editing software. Now apart from each other these plugins work flawless. But if an image is to small and the standard crop is not good enough and your plugin comes in there is no option to upscale the image to the minimal dimensions of that preset and then crop it. This would we really helpful feature.
For example: add_image_size( ‘big-image’, 1170, 503, TRUE )
The uploaded image is: 800 x 600. I would like to upscale that image first to meet the minimal width: So the image becomes 1170 x 878 and then manually crop the image.
If you would like to look into this feature it would be really great!
