    Hello,

I am trying to make a badge that has 2 steps to earning it and the system doesn’t seem to allow it.

To be awarded the Silver badge, the user must first recieve the Bronze badge AND then also complete a Silver activity that uses the “Refering Link” trigger. I can’t seem to find a way to combine both of these things.

I’ve set it to “completign steps” but can’t combine those two options.

Am I doing somethign wrogn or is this somethign for a future version?

    Julian

You should be able to set one of the steps to be “Specific Achievement of Type” which would allow you to select the achievement type that the Bronze badge is in, and then select the Bronze badge itself.

Regarding the referring link, that looks like it’d have to be its own achievement, but once it is, you could specify the associated achievement as a step like I outlined above, making both step requirements for the Silver badge. Once both are achieved, the Silver badge should get awarded.

That is pretty straight forward. Thanks. I’ll do that plan. Basically, create 3 achievements. Bronze and another “link achievement”, both of which need to be completed for the third badge, the Silver one, to be awarded automatically.

Three acheivements instead of two, but as far as the user is concerned, really only two badges.

It would be really great in a future version if having a referring link and a specific type of acheivement directly in one multi-stage badge, but for now this will get the job done.

    Thanks again.
