    Good Day
    The result referred to is using a different for to your, however, you can get an idea of what is needed from the site on which it is based Online Debt Calculator | Debt Review Calculator | Debt Rescue this is a working solution which I am trying to emulate. As you can see in my example I have created two forms, what I need to know is, with your form is it possible to create 2 forms and use the results in another form, if so how?
